Hm. Interesting comparison to Explore and Cultivate. It's pretty similar to Cultivate, except that the card in hand is random rather than a basic of your choice. It's arguable which is better, as they serve slightly different purposes, but I think this should probably just cost {2}{g}. 2 mana is definitely too cheap, but 4 sounds excessive.

EDIT: Oh, just a Forest, not any basic? Hmm. So it's a cantrip Nature's Lore, then. I still think 3 mana is probably right, but 2 might possibly be okay.
