Would kinda make more sense (in mtg world) as a pure green activation cost. Still, nice dragon.
Vitenka might be thinking this creature deals damage to flying creatures only... which was my first thought, too. Something to do with the card Hurricane. Personally, I'd tweak the name to cut back on confusion. Even though cards like Typhoon exist, they aren't as iconic, and don't lead players down the same path.
No, I see it's a Lightning bolt but if you name it hurricane, and want a non-red activation; the name leads straight to Hurricane and thus green.
The more obvious thing to do is name it lightning dragon, and have its activation be red, of course.
Unfortunately, Lightning Dragon is taken. Though, there's quite a number of cards that deal 3 damage. Perhaps Thunderclap Dragon?
