Ohh... clever. The creature type helps clue what's going on with this and Elora's Warder. Nifty.
Because they're both faeries or because this is an assassin?
Faerie connects them flavorfully. Assassin explains why it "counters" a creature spell (that's a euphemism).
Because "counter creature spell" / "counter noncreature spell" don't at first glance have any reason to be black or green. But the Assassin type makes one twig because Assassins are so closely associated with creature destruction, and black gets creature destruction, at which point one realises that green gets Bramblecrush.
Oh, alright. I see where you're coming from. The association was so natural for me that I'm glad I did something subconsciously to make it clear to others.
