Wow. Befoul was a top-notch common; this card is strictly better in two ways, and looks like a windmill slam first pick. The flexibility of having an average evasion spell as an alternative is okay, but adding instant speed is huge. I fear this should probably go up to 5 mana (where it'd still be eminently playable; cf Cruel Revival, which only got back a Zombie about 10% of the times it was cast).

Ah yes, good plan. Although curiously both cheaper and faster than Coercion. Perhaps "creature card" or "noncreature, nonland card", to mirror Duress / Ostracize?

Yeah, instant speed discard is usually very high cost; because of the horrible abusiveness it risks. Imprintable on a scepter? Instant win.

The mass jump doesn't seem very white to me, either.

Instant speed discard one card is OK (and one mana, as you see on Funeral Charm and Piracy Charm). Discard two or more cards is never OK at instant speed.

realistically who has imprinted funeral or piracy charm? they even have two other useful modes. on their own instant discard isnt gamebreaking. as recent as alara, esper charm is also instant and that discards 2.
