I like this cycle a lot, but this one feels a bit too good. It's like a Neurok Hoversail that costs nothing to equip and doesn't take up a spell slot.

On the other hand, I guess I haven't factored in the drawback half. This gives your opponent's best attacker flying too; if you don't have any natural flyers, that's quite a powerful help to them too. Hmmm.

OK, changed my mind, this is at least not obviously overpowered.
