Originally was: {r} {r} , {t} :~ deals 2 damage to target creature, unless its controller sacrifices a land.

Prodigal Sorcerer came up for mash; and fortunately for you lot, I didn't have room left in blue to put the colour pie back where it belongs. (Which is: Green gets creatures, black gets evil, red gets fireball, blue gets everything.) So yeah; red. And I don't just want a pyromancer. So very very VERY tempted to have {t} :Destroy target land. But people would scream. So... this.
