Reprint of Cephalid Scout. Blue needed some card draw; and land destruction matters.

Actually came on this by hitting random, getting Phyrexian Arena, seeing my artifact slot was full and focussing on the card draw part (making it blue) flipping 'sac creature' to 'sac land' to mash it with the set, then looking at gatherer to find out a) my power level was about right and b) something very very similar already existed.

(art) (pretend it's an infiltrator - though really the fennec is named "scout") Given this is sacc a land to use, can its activation be slightly cheaper? I guess it doesn't tap, so the last-gasp would be dangerous if too cheap
