Ok, this set ran out of steam. To rekick it, let's try mashup random card with the set concept. Random card is Urgent Exorcism. Well, that one is simple!

made artifact rather than enchantment; as cities are artifacts. Doh.

This card isnogood - white should get unconditional elf removal. Which means this should, instead, be an oblivion ring; but I just made one of those for lands!

(Was "Destroy target artifact or elf")

So instead, I need to find a thing most of my elves and artifacts do; and make this something that forbids that.

And that thing is "Make mana".

Weird.

I figured white has Disenchant which nicely covers most of the non-creature use of this; and white can blow up creatures that do something nasty - I guess counting 'make mana' as nasty is a bit out of the normal.

This card is a weird thing. The set probably does want this ability - I've got a LOT of non-land mana makers (because you need a way to cope with the land destruction theme) - so an answer to them is a good thing.

But... white taking "make mana" as a hostile act? Really weird.

This should be black or red. (And heck, if red I can just take out the non-land bit.)
