See Nen Opoh Princeling. The concept is that Fjoquirri manifests their commune with the "earth" of the Quinnesheen like a Stand from Jojo. The plane's magic that controls the portals is not material and not something Fjoquirri could interact with, though Fjoquirri can communtiate with the spirit of the material plane. I chose to do this as Wick, the Whorled Mind instead of Amass.
