Hmm? Nomads en-Kor was common back in the day, and I'm not sure that ability's much different to the en-Kor.
BTW, red doesn't get Grizzly Bears, let alone with upside.
Oh, so it get's 2/2 haste for
, but isn't allowed it for
? Insanity!
This slot probably needs to be fairly vanilla. I might make it
: Firebreathing (on a 1/1 body)
Goblin Guide is most emphatically not a precedent for anything. It ostensibly has a drawback, although blatantly not enough. It's an absurd rule-breaking card, and it's also rare.
We only brought it up on Alexander's set because he's designing off-the-charts power cards, and comparing against the most OTT printed cards is the only sane way to discuss his ones.
Ump. Ok. Maybe I will go with the damage redirection then. Seems to complex for a common, really, though.
Heh. One general rule for anyone on Multiverse: if your intuition is that something's too complex for common, it's usually worth listening to that intuition :)
And that would be where I came in, with the flavourtext :)
To fit Nomadic Elf I do kinda want the cycle to have
: abilities
But maybe I should just stop wanting that.
simplify
Ok; so now it ''sorta'' redirects damage to its blocker. Flavour text contains the old text for, uh, reasons I guess?
was: Haste I wanted:
:The next point of damage ~ would deal to a creature, is instead dealt to target creature.
But they said it was too complicated
give it a name (not a good name, but makes the skeleton clearer if created cards have names of some kind)
