Curiously low starting loyalty. Otherwise looks reasonable. Not exciting, and not really black, but reasonable.

What a tricky -5. You want to use it as soon as it pops up, but if you wait a turn, it effectively becomes a -3. I wonder how often people would be happy because of that tension versus how unhappy people would be because of that tension. I suppose whether or not you leave it as is depends on who you want to enjoy playing this card. Spike likes tension, and will like the decision. Timmy hates tension and will be happiest when not given the option. Johnny likes proliferate, and doesn't really he cares for tension, but I don't think he hates it either. It's just there. Whether he likes the mechanic or not will depend on if he's a Johnny/Spike, or a Johnny/Timmy.
