As far as I know drawbackless 2/1 for {w} have only appeared at common in special products such as Eternal Masters and not in standard legal limited. If you are pushing for some Modern Visions type of power level then I guess sure. Clockspeed of 10 on turn 1 with 1 mana and 1 card is quite a speed for most standard limited environments.
