Magic tends to be very light on repeatable search. This is probably too cheap.

It certainly has a snowball effect, doesn't it? I'm quite sure some people would find this exciting, while some would find it redundant. Personally, I don't like linking up the means to get the reward so clearly with the reward itself. I know there are others that do, though, so I can't fault it for that.

Power level issues aside, this card seems fine as a one of. I hope you aren't planning on making a 'tribal' set, however, Pierre. Too many effects like this can cause 'Kamigata-itis'.
