Hee! It's like Sliver Legion as an enchantment. Or alternatively with threshold it makes a Muscle Sliver each upkeep. I guess you want some hefty rewards in a Cube for someone doing something as silly as Slivers... Without any other slivers at all it's reminiscent of Gutter Grime.
I am trying very hard to reference most things from Magic until now, so I was thinking it's a shame that Slivers don't work that well in a singleton environment without making it on purpose about them.
And then I was like "Duh, one card can make a lot of Slivers, and their abilities are dependant on how many are still there".
It was just an idea, because everything was pretty tight and defined, but I did remember this enchantment. It made Saprolings and was Glorious Anthem with threshold, so it was perfect. I especially like how threshold and slivers can both be from Otaria, so the flavor will now reference it. It made the card a little better, it will now end games much faster, but it also made it a lot cooler.
(BTW, sorry for the error you just got: was rolling out a bunch of fixes. Try again.)
