This seems horrible powerwise. A 2/2 for {2}{u}{u} that might occasionally yeet itself on attack? That's like worse than a simple vanilla 2/2 where Archmage's Newt seems to have now established that blue could finally get for {1}{u}.

Looking at and (optionally) putting the top of opponent's deck on bottom is worth nigh nothing, like it has mana value of 0.5 or less when stapled onto a card. While fate seal can be a toxic mechanic when it gets going, an {u} instant that simply stated Fateseal 1 would not be even close to worth being played.

Honestly with this sort of a harsh drawback I would be considering making this like a 3/4, 4/3, 4/4 or something.

Valid points.

Players gain the advantage of insight to that opponent's next draw as it reveals the top if this creature whiffs. I think that is worth something, although not much.

I will increase the stats.
