another odd idea I had. Until activated it does nothing BUT anyone can activate it.
so if you have spare mana you can mess with your opponent's unstable terrain and vice versa.
Of course, like many of the cards in this "set" this is a very preliminary idea that will likely need a bit of work.
I think this works fine in the rules. It'd probably be killed for confusing timing issues, though. Players don't understand the details of the priority system. How many copies of the question "Can I activate this to change the colour of mana my opponent just tapped it for?" are we expecting?
Oh, yeah, heh. Many people wouldn't get that right. That being said, if you got rid of "Any player" the card is still interesting. You could easily add

OK added choosing a basic land type as this ETBs and restricted the activated ability to being used in the upkeep phase only which should cut down on the confusion issues somewhat.
