If a card was not shuffled in this way (or otherwise does not make it into the library), the library is revealed, but not exiled. I don't know if I need to add that bit in and if I do [need to], how to do so.

I don't think you need that text, since the only reason the card isn't shuffled is if it's removed in response. Then there's no legal target left, so this spell just fizzles. Mirror-Mad doesn't target, so they needed the extra text to prevent flicker shenanigans
Given the popularity of commander, I don't think this card is printable. That's the only format where you could run a 7 mana sorcery, and in singleton formats this is just "exile target library," which isn't fun
Followed dude1818's point. No solution to getting banned in commander. Maybe less discriminatory and same mana value instead of same name?
