How is the timing sequence meant to work here? Which choices are meant to be made on announcement, and which on resolution?

If the spell's controller's choice is to be made on resolution, then the lands and creatures can't be targeted properly. If it's meant to be made on announcement, then the phrasing is very confusing... I think it's going to be very hard to word sanely, but it might have to be something like:

> Choose target spell. That spell's controller chooses one -- counter that spell; or let you choose one -- draw; or bounce; or mythspin.

Stupid rules, messing with my card designs. :)
