Counter target spell unless that spell's controller lets you choose one — Draw three cards; or return up to two target lands to their owner's hands; or put target creature on the bottom of its owner's library.
How is the timing sequence meant to work here? Which choices are meant to be made on announcement, and which on resolution?
If the spell's controller's choice is to be made on resolution, then the lands and creatures can't be targeted properly. If it's meant to be made on announcement, then the phrasing is very confusing... I think it's going to be very hard to word sanely, but it might have to be something like:
> Choose target spell. That spell's controller chooses one -- counter that spell; or let you choose one -- draw; or bounce; or mythspin.
