Ca. Siphon Insight without flashback. Also a bit worse since it doesn' fix the mana for you. Since it is likely that Siphon Insight is not that good a rare to begin with, I'd say, you can easily go down {1}.

Also it would be "a card exiled by ~" since you don't actually exile a spell.

Is this supposed to represent trapping a wagon or taking up a defensive position around a weapon? Because both tropes exist.

The flavor seems off. Is it like robbing a wagon?
