There should probably be a mana cost on the abilities.
So, just to point out - as soon as you have your fourth mana, of almost any combination of colours? Because that effect usually costs more than four.
Even with the "Then sacrifice this" effect. Because nothing stops you from going: First ability. In response, first abililty, in response, first ability...
When you finally get around to resolving those abilities, you'll almost certainly get to put a lot of land into play; and almost certainly sacrifice this - but in the meantime, you'll have flipped a functionally infinite number of coins.
So yeah. A cost on the left hand side of the : would be needed to stop that.
Yeah, you could just activate either of these abilities infinite times. Flipping coins isn't actually a cost.
