A nod to Boldwyr Intimidator (and now Kargan Intimidator.)
This would be the first red card ever to give power debuff. It's a really weird effect for red to have, being the color aggression so suggesting opponent not to attack - where usually
does the opposite of forcing attacking - is contrary. Even with the countless cowardly cards
has had over the years, including the Coward/Warrior idea, they have always focused on making creatures less able to block, which technically still encourages attacking by exclusion. Power debuffs rather are seen in
enchantments, such as Dampening Pulse, which makes sense as indeed one of the antagonistic colors of
- one reason being the tendency towards aggression.
I do get the flavor obviously, but where this has been utilized before, without the Warrior/Coward callbacks, is in
with cards like Public Execution and perhaps more relevantly Suicidal Charge which is also

Idk, I guess one can just put it under the Form of the Dragon category who knows. It seems quite possible you would be able to pair the coward/warrior callback with some effect which is in-pie for
