This set is designed to be played in Primeval - a new format similar to Pioneer but starting at Magic 2012 (with a different ban list). The set should also inject some much needed format-policing cards into Modern, Pioneer, Historic, and Pauper. It is intended to be draftable and to have a unique flavor/story. It should resemble and be compared to Modern Horizons mixed with a Core set.
