A combination of Torpor Orb and Authority of the Consuls - considered making a Leyline but keeping at {w} for now. Torpor Orb is too expensive to be useful, especially on the draw. Authority of the Consuls is a bit too narrow to be useful, though it has found recent popularity in Historic due to the abundance of powerful haste creatures.
