That's too cheap for either mode IMO.
Interesting - this is templated off of Swallow Whole from Ikoria (but to be less powerful than Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares), a card that saw no constructed play and was generally considered pretty medium for limited play. By making it an instant and adding the option to pay
while removing the +1/+1 counter, it becomes potentially constructed playable and remains a powerful creature removal spell in limited. What change would you suggest?
Dunno how it has been edited power-wise, but it still looks like premium removal, in the vein of eternal formats where spot creature removal of such efficiency in white is meta defining where as in standard as such it's known as uncharacteristic of white color pie wise as far as I know.
