I realized I didn't have enough rare creatures, so I added some that had Apex. Blue actually had two non-legendary rare creatures already, so I skipped doing one for blue. Blue did have a rare 7/7 seven-drop with Apex at 4UUU, which I felt was the right color cost. To match up with Abyssal Archmage, I changed the cards I just made from {5}{r}{r} (or whatever appropriate color) to {4}{r}{r}{r} (again, or whatever appropriate color)
