Sure... but Squirrel Nest is a notorious combo piece. I don't think this is going to break anything at 2 or at 3 mana. Imagining this in a deck with Priest of Forgotten Gods and Silversmote Ghoul and so on, I think either cost is fine.
Yeah, Squirrel Nest was just the easiest example I could think of. This also turns every sac outlet into a Phyrexian Altar, which is worrisome
Mmm... You're right, it's a better combo piece than I realised initially. I think it's likely still fine to "print" though.
