Can you counter a triggered ability or do I have to use some other ability to prevent a triggered ability from happening?

Also, originally considered costing {3}.

You can counter one, see disallow. Probably should keep it from countering mana abilities though.

Well you cant ever counter a mana ability but it should have reminder text is what i mean
