Anybody know if this can be shorthanded/simplified any further?
I don't think so. It's neat, although I'm not sure about shuffling this into your library as well. I suppose that helps cut down on abuse. Sadly shuffling at common gets red flagged, so this mechanic would probably eat up all of your red flags for the set
Hmm. Maybe if it just puts them on the bottom in a random order. That makes it wordier sadly.

Unfortunately the mill keyword action is only supposed to be used with defined values. See the lack of errata they gave to the grind mechanic, e.g. Consuming Aberration
