I'm it sure where exactly this fits. I don't know what red would do with utility creatures.

I guess I'll remove the "after damage has been dealt" restriction, as it only hurts the card.

Each creature has CMC 2 or less, or the total CMC is 2 or less?

Also a typo. And what would red do with them? Get them killed.
