Oh, this is a weird and fiddly bit of tech. "I'll attack, no actually, I won't, no actually I will again." Very blue. Very likely to get you punched in the face for stalling :)

At least this doesn't have flash. So it's not very easy to use it to save an attacker of yours. (Which is good as that'd be a more white thing to do.)

Reminds me of Mystic Speculation. Does a bunch of wacky things like bypass attack restrictions and requirements. ...Wait, can't you use this after blockers are declared to get your creature an unblockable attack? I... guess that's a blue thing to do too...
