Total Event Collapse was originally a sorcery that cost cost double {w}{u}{b}{r}{g} and said "Exile all cards." It won the game by itself, unless your opponent had (((Pandorica))) in their deck. That's the reason I gave it the exile-to-library clause, incidentally.

The old version was a little much. When I decided to make The Oncoming Storm a legit set, I tossed the idea. I think this is a good reuse of the image and flavor text (once I remember it).
