A shiver is a group of sharks, in carrying with the tradition of Crash of Rhinos, Murder of Crows, etc. These aren't sharks, but I thought it was okay. They're almost like merrow, so if anyone has a better suggestion, I would be happy to hear it.

This is basically a reprint of Harbor Serpent, but I want it to be a bit different. How can I adjust it but keep the power level equivalent?
