Random Generator gave me Isochron Scepter and Hipparion. Normally, I try to get a little trickier with the name, but I keep smiling at that rhyme, so I'll go with it.

The flavor text is obviously inspired by Hipparion. I always thought that was a sloppy bit of flavor. Now, 15 years later, we finally find out the who.
