Unsure if I have the first part worded correctly.

For the wording: Shift High Tide to your color of choice. Replace "a player"/"that player" with "you" etc.

I strongly believe the one-shot variant of this effect should be red, but green certainly gets its share of sorceries that add a single bulk of mana and the life gain fits in there as well.

I didn't have card type for this in the note I found. I guessed based on the CMC (I think I originally had {2}{g}{g} actually), that I had designed the card to be an instant rather than an enchantment.
