I like the rest of this cycle; they seem to be costed well. But I feel like this one’s ability could easily be “Attach target equipment you control to target creature you control.” so it works at instant speed like the others. The cost of this one could probably be lower, too. Is there a reason this effect would be unusually strong here?

Hoenstly, it was just how I thought out the card rather than a conscious decision to disallow instant speed. I'll gladly reword to your suggestion. As for cost, I intended to have a higher number of equipment than normal in this set, and there have been some very powerful equipment that I would worry this may make too good (it's a slow land, but it is fetachable).
