Just out of curiosity and because many card creators assume wrongly: Is it intentional that this has only a single target that gets dealt all the damage?

Fun thing is that this actually seems like it would deal more damage per mana with Anointed Procession which is unusual, but in a fun way.

Separate targets. Might be cleaner to give the goblin tokens an ETB effect that does the same thing?
