Added "from anywhere" to the first ability

As written, it only sees permanents, i.e. cards (and tokens) that are on the battlefield. You want the passive tense to be able to check multiple zones, i.e. "You gain X life, where X is the number of permanent cards put into a graveyard from anywhere this turn."
