Threshold?
Yeah, threshold. (7 is enough) But if you're in a set with only one instance of it, better to spell it out than bring back the keyword for a single card.
Sinkwhirl Serpent has the mechanic as well. The theme might grow now that it's been introduced 88 cards into the set's vision design.
Anyway, I came here to suggest changing the value to 7 whether the ability word would be used or not. :)
I have no intention of the check appearing on a high number of cards to warrant a name for the ability. This card was loosely created to pair with Sinkwhirl Serpent. I guess I could decrease the check from 10 to 7 though.
Checks for 7 instead of 10 now
Two reasons to choose 7 cards: 1. Fun reference for enfranchised players 2. Wizards extensively tested what worked best for threshold and determined it was 7, so that makes sense to be the default
