As with all printed Wizards mechanics for which it makes sense, you can use the mechanics from Guilds of Ravnica in your own cards. (That doesn't include Undergrowth as it's just an ability word.)
I've also implemented a special version of Surveil with code "Surveil1" which expands as Surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card into your graveyard.), because surveil 1 has significantly simpler reminder text than the general form.
