Random Generator gave me Nightshade Schemers and Verduran Enchantress. The obvious choice (looking at top card of your library during upkeep to see if you have an enchantment) kind of bored me. There didn't seem to be much reason to do it that way, either, considering that most decks that draw enchantments, then go on to play enchantments.

So I came up with this, which I rather like, even if the ability feels like it came out of the blue. Seems like a good idea for the Community Set, so I'll submit it when we get to uncommon/rare.

Due to casting cost crunch, this may become a 0/1 green Kobold for {2}{g} in the future.

"Draw a card for each X" sounds like an ability on a rare card to me.

Yeah... when I come up with an idea that's simple enough it often appears on Uncommon, due to Mashup complexity creep. But this sounded like a rare to me as well. I don't know why. Something about it being potentially explosive in nature, I suppose.

It is kind of weird when you think about it. I don't think people would question that Rush of Knowledge is a Common, but Soul's Majesty? Must be a rare. The difference between the two cards is so subtle, though...

Wow. That is a weird contrast. Maybe this is okay then.

Well, it's a lot easier to boost power than to boost CMC.
