Random Generator gave me Hypnox and Jhoira of the Ghitu. Oh noes, Jhoira! I suppose when you are immortal something bad will eventually catch up with you. In this case, it appears that Jhoira has been bitten by a vampire. It could be worse, she could have become an immortal fungus.

I really wanted to give the cards back to their controller if Jhoira left play, but it just took too many words. I suppose this thing will just have to have a similar casting cost to Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. Otherwise, it might get too much better than Myojin of Night's Reach, and we can't have that, can we?

That's one heck of a vampire.

Amusingly, if one of the exiled cards has suspend then her {2} ability lets you turn it from "exiled and gone" to "suspended with 1 turn till it happens". I assume this is deliberate. It's a nifty way to bring things back from exile.

I think the cost could stand to be 8 or 9 mana. The Kamigawa Myojin weren't exactly constructed powerhouses.

Funny. That did float through my head briefly, but forgot it. new Jhoira cheats in a lot of ways. My big hidden trick was that new Jhoira can play your other suspend cards in hand their suspend cost only. Greater Gargadon is looking rather good with her.

But, yes, I did push very hard on the casting cost. It's hard to tell what is fair at so high a cost. While the Black Myojin never saw play in constructed land, I've heard many players of Commander curse under their breath at the card. Granted, part of that card's power is that it knocks out all opponent's hands. And, failing to do that, it is indestructible. When pricing this card, I thought to myself Which Eldrazi would I have a hard time deciding to cast instead of this. Gyre seemed right... but I think Gyre might have been overcosted.

I'm pulling her down {1}, I know black Myojin is 8... but black Myojin never let you play all the cards that were in your opponent's hand. And this creature isn't vulnerable after you make your opponent discard their hand...

I like this. I don't think I have room, but if I did, could I use this idea in my set? http://multiverse.heroku.com/cardsets/92

I would consider it an honor and a privilege.
