1/1 reach is quite fringe. I guess it's okay with cycling.

Should the cycling triggered ability say "up to one" so that you don't have to destroy your own Wind Drakes if they are the only creatures with flying on the board?

Added "you may" and changed to 1/3, added 1 to mana cost.

I think "you may" works better for that purpose, which is what I originally had it as. Otherwise, yea, 1/1 is odd for a reach creature, so I increased the mana cost by one and made it 2/2.

Well, yeah, "you may" is the standard by WotC, but there's been some talk here why "up to one" might be the more intuitive one. These days, I generally use it instead of "may".
