Enshrine seems like an unadvisable keyword ability. Not because the cards itself are playing poorly, but the fact that it encourages you to put more shuffling in the environment is an issue.

It's like a mechanic that triggers whenever you destroy an opponent's land. By itself not an issue, but as a designer you now are encouraged to put more LD into the environment...

Actually... since enshrine is a triggered ability and the whole casting process happens after the shuffling that means effectively you don't even get to wrap up the two shuffles into one. A load of time would get wasted resolving this mechanic that is esentially a more restricted flashback.

Revised how Enshrine works. Not as flashy, but playable and manageable.

I don't think a card where the death/enshrine trigger makes up most of the card's cost is generally a good idea. Specifically not at common. This is effectively on the level of Nekrataal concerning tempo and card advantage... once it dies, but when it enters the battlefield it's a 3/1 for five. Such cards can be interesting at higher rarities, but it sells the permanent too much on the death trigger right now.

My first instinct is to call this overcost, but it does quiet much over the course of a game and is a common.

There are certainly points in the late game, when you have the four useless mana in top-deck mode where you'll be happy to enshrine this, but that may be the same time when your opponent happily sacrifices excess land.

This card probably needs a lot of fine tuning and deliberation.

I'm a fan of this kind of multicolor design where you get an effect of color A unless an opponent chooses to suffer consequences from color B.
