THanks! I'll integrate flash into the reminder text as that was the intention.
and the card's design is in the same field as Benalish Marshal yet, but I don't know about strictly better. Benalish Marshal can probably enter a turn sooner barring dropping Memnite the same turn as playing this card, and that's in the scenario of annoying, but not a high threat considering the scenarios where that play could occur and what the play would be made against.
Edit: I missed the "other" portion of Benalish Marshal.
Also I think this is strictly better than Benalish Marshal whom is already very strong. It could be interesting if you made it so that creatures entering the battlefield ,while you control this card, enter with a +1/+1 counter.
You might want to give it flash if you're meant to cast it in response to something. I like this unity idea. I think you're wording is mostly right but there's usually multiple ways of wording new ideas like this. As it is now, its not completely obvious that you can cast it in response to another creature spell.
Flash
Unity 1 (This spell costs
less to cast if you cast it in response to another creature spell you own.)
Unity is supposed to be instant speed only, to use unity you to cast this card in response to another creature spell you've cast. I do not know if that is clear in the wording.
Honestly; the mechanic makes me think of a librarian; if anything.
Oh, I totally didn't get that flavor
That's probably for the best, yeah. To be honest, I'm not wholly thrilled about this execution though based it doesn't feel vampiric in any sense. I wanted this clean if vampires to control animals and other creatures.
I wonder if it makes sense to use the Licid template here, as awful as they are. "Exile a card from your hand: ~ becomes a 2/2 etc. You may return the exiled card to your hand to end this effect."

I copied the text from another card that had a power restriction. I forgot to remove all the accompanying text.
Removed left over text
What's a creature without power?
See Rabble Ruffian.
See Legendary Arsenal. Unsure on the wording for the second part. The concept is a sword that sprays fire.
See Legendary Arsenal. Maybe too wordy? The concept was getting stuck with thorns.
It might need to be 1 or 2 mana more, but not that much, I don't think. Depends on the environment and how often you're putting counters on things.
Dude's suggestion probably best fixes this mess of a design while aligning for what I envisioned. Maybe I could include Vitenka's "The next time" part to keep this at
. Otherwise, I think if it stopped all counters for the turn I'd have to bump to the cost at least
or probably
.
