This is a wrath with a huge mill on top; and then randomly another benefit, AND a 4/4 creature?
Even ignoring the "This is not blue" complaint; they don't usually print "Win the game" at four mana.
Ermmm...
really shouldn't destroy creatures... or enchantments or artifacts or planeswalkers - especially not with a wrath effect. Maybe polymorphing, but that probably isn't in the flavor.
As this is, I would have it cost like

or so.
See Bring to an End.
> Target player sacrifices an enchantment, then you gain 1 life for each enchantment card in that player's graveyard.
This is a cute card with some minor, novel applications. For example, in desperate times, you could use it on yourself, which not be a half bad move if you are playing some enchantress deck. It can obviously works well against said enchantress decks and gets around hexproofed enchantments. Could even be fun in some jank with Hatching Plans :)
I don't care for the name though.
Thank you Tahazzar.

> At the beginning of your upkeep, exile ~ unless you exile a creature card from your graveyard. If you exile a card from your graveyard this way, create a 2/2 black Skeleton Knight creature token. It has "This creature can't block."
