  Another way of looking at it: Even if this didn't force you to skip drawing the card, I would consider Rhystic Deluge to be a better card for a mono-colored deck (assuming you couldn't activate the Words ability more than 4 times a turn, say.)

  Wow. You'd need to have a pretty crazy combo going to make this worthwhile. I've used Words of Wind in a Dormant Sliver combo deck, but this... This is worse than Twiddle.
