The current (and highly sensible) policy at WotC is to not mix +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters within the same limited format.
Only planeswalkers are currently referred to by gendered pronouns. Additionally, the activated ability should repeat the character's name and avoid using a pronoun at all.

Giving this a description of "a set all about clever design" is really just asking for trouble, no?
Actually, the wording here is correct, dive this isn't a spell that targets. See Supreme Verdict, among others. The clause that you would add matters only for targeted spells.
That's not a toughness boost, it's a toughness penalty.
This is way to strong if you build around (a deck with only a few large creatures and cheap removal/boardwipes.). Unsure how to balance it.

This is a little to good at shutting down aggro decks. Maybe give it zero power. (Compare Nyx-Fleece Ram.
