Once again, the Limited Archetypes page addresses the color pairs. If you think that it really doesn't work at all, I could switch the archetypes, I suppose.
This is probably a black card.
Cards that look through multiple cards of a library don't tend to do so without reordering those cards, whether that's through shuffling or purposeful reorganization. This is at least partially so that a player isn't cheating if he or she does reorder the cards.
If you look at the limited archetypes for the set, I'm doing GU Artifacts and UR Auras.
Like Eccentric Tinkerer, this seems to be in the wrong colors. This is an objective comment not based on the rest of the set. Those two cards could easily swap colors and make a lot more sense.
This is extremely powerful, especially in EDH. Repeatable tutors tend not to be this cheap. Also, it's very odd to see green being a part of tutoring for artifacts.
I might limit this slightly to "Tap target tapped creature."
