This is a lot more efficient than black normally gets. (White gets Youthful Knights from time to time, but white is both better at first strike and better at efficient weenies than black is.)

Version one done! Next step is to add more creatures, I'm really low now. I might add a couple more enchantments too because I have very few at common right now.
> When ~ ETBs, put a bond counter on enchanted creature.
> If enchanted creature does not have a bond counter on it, it gets -2/-2. If it does, it gets +5/+5 and has flying, [some blue ability instead of first strike], and "Whenever ~ attacks, scry 1."
(Also changed away from giving a tap ability to a huge flyer, because players want to attack with their huge flyers, not tap them for a tiny benefit.)
That wording might confuse new players, but mythics don't have to worry about that so much.

I have a human soldier at 2B already.

I could see this as a 2/2 for , perhaps.
This should probably say "and lose 1 life". Otherwise it's not very black. Cf Phyrexian Rager.
Yep, just didn't delete the comments. Making some noncreature cards creatures because I don't have a high enough creature to spell ratio.
This seems to have been an entirely different card before...?

Hmm. You could do something like:
> When ~ ETBs, put a bond counter on enchanted creature.
> If enchanted creature does not have a bond counter on it, it gets -2/-2. If it does, it gets +5/+5 and has flying, [some blue ability instead of first strike], and "Whenever ~ attacks, scry 1."
