This reads somewhat unappealing, like cards that Development have had to penalise for non-obvious reasons. 4-then-5 mana feels like a lot to get a 4/4 and a card. I think the monstrosity cost could perhaps be lower, like about 3 mana. It's always possible playtesting will prove me wrong, of course.
A 6/6 trample for 5 is just about on curve these days, at rare (given Terra Stomper and similar show 6 mana gets you an 8/8 trampler). Monstrosity X on a trampler is very scary though.
Which is just what you want in a Muraganda set. Muraganda being another green world themed around dinosaurs, you do want some good rare dinosaurs, and this is certainly that.
You're probably right. I'll test it at 3 mana. Thanks!

Yes, that'd be fine.
Ah, alright! Maybe getting the bonus whenever it attacks or blocks would suffice?
Nice. Looks perhaps uncommon to me, though.
(Then again, so do a lot of Khans of Tarkir rares...)
Wizards have avoided this kind of effect, due to situations like:
I know the answer, but lots of people would be rather confused about it. I think it's better to avoid power changing on Ferocious static abilities.

Buh. A 9/9 trampler, with echo. For 5.
Or, aspirationally, bigger.
That's... really really good. hits the "This is a green stompy creature" button square on the nose.
